Roadmaster Smart Diode Wiring Kit Installation - 2020 Chevrolet Spark- Video
Hello neighbors, it's Brad here at etrailer and today we're taking a look and installing the Roadmaster Smart Diode Kit for towed vehicles on a 2020 Chevrolet Spark. Now your diode wiring is simply going to run from a 6-pole in the front of the vehicle back to the taillights where we tie into the factory wiring. And what that means is we can simply just plug in our umbilical and it's gonna receive those light sequences from the RV. So if you plan on flat towing your vehicle more than a few times a year, this is a nice easy way to do it. And also having a 6-pole up front means that you can tie in other accessories like a charge line with a 12 volt power supply. So it does have some benefits. more

Roadmaster Smart Diode Wiring Kit Installation - 2022 Chevrolet Spark- Video
Hello, neighbors, it's Brad here at etrailer, and today we're taking a look and installing the Roadmaster diode wiring kit on a 2022 Chevy Spark. Now I have the hazards on my RV, and you can see it's mimicking on the tail lights of our vehicle. And if you've ever seen a flat towed vehicle before, sometimes you may notice they have those magnetic lights that are on here, and that means you're draping a wire all the way up to the front. Now they have wireless options as well, but that's one more component that you have to tag along with all of the rest of your equipment, where diode wiring really makes it easy to just plug into the front, you're also gonna get some 12 volt power supply generally from a 6-pole, so it's really nice to be able to just plug in and have these ready to go. And what it's gonna do is just run from the 7-pole on your RV, through the 6-pole, and you're gonna have wire running back to your tail lights where you tie into diodes, and that way you can mimic your running lights, your brake lights, as well as your turn signals, and that's gonna keep you safe and legal and let the people behind you know what you're indicating to do. Now it's pretty easy, you are gonna be pulling your tail light out and then tying in to that factory wiring, and it's just a couple spade connectors that you'll be attaching, and really the hardest part is running your wire all the way up to the front of the vehicle. more

Connor: Hey guys, how's it going Connor here today at etrailer.com. We're going to be taking a look at Roadmaster's bulb and socket kit here for our 2020 Chevy Spark. So our bulb and socket tail light wiring kit here is going to be an excellent option here for our Chevy Spark. It's actually one of my favorite kits, and the reason for this is we don't have to do any splicing whatsoever into the vehicle's existing wiring harness. So we don't have to worry about any problems associated with doing so, such as shorting out the vehicle's wiring harness, or causing any issues to our bulbs or the electrical system. So, as you can see here, this is actually going to be the light bulb from our bulb and socket kit. more

Roadmaster Tail Light Wiring Kit Installation - 2018 Chevrolet Spark- Video
Today on our 2018 Chevrolet Spark, you're gonna be taking a look at and I'm going to show you how to install the Roadmaster tail light wiring kit with bulbs, part number RM-155.Now, in your kit you're gonna get 30 foot of wire. This six volt plug does not come with the bulb and socket wiring kit. The 30 foot wire is gonna have four point plug on one in and a second one on the other end. Our customer chose to go with the Flexo-Coil Kit that has the six hole plug because he has a seven hole plug on his RV and this will not work with that.The wiring kit is going to be one five main components in a flat tow set-up. The other four are doing to be your base plate, your tow bar, your safety cables and your braking system.And now that I've gone over some of the features of this, let me show you just how easy it is when I put it in.First thing we need to do to start our installation, you'll need a 10 millimeter socket. You're going to remove this bolt here and you're going to have one on this side.Next, you're going to have a push pin fastener here and a push pin fastener here. more

Roadmaster Tail Light Wiring Kit Installation - 2017 Chevrolet Spark- Video
Speaker 1: Today on our 2017 Chevrolet Spark, we're going to take a look at and show you how to install the Roadmaster taillight wiring kit with bulbs for towed vehicles. Part number is RM-155.Now the RM-155 kit's going to allow us to have a bulb style light in our existing housing without having to modify our vehicle's wiring at all. It's important to have these lights on the back of your vehicle especially when flat towing like this. So all of your signals will be seen by any motorist behind you and you can remain safe. Now I'd like the option of doing this over some of the other styles like the magnet lights. Those are just going to kind of stick on the top of the car and they do have their issues sometimes with functionality.The other option you would have to the incandescent style bulb we have here on the 155 kit. more

Roadmaster Tail Light Wiring Kit Installation - 2017 Chevrolet Spark RM-152-LED- Video
Today in our 2017 Chevrolet Spark, we'll be installing the road master taillight wiring kit for towed vehicles, LAD socket part number RM-152-LED.Speaker 2: All right, here's what our light looks like installed. This towed vehicle lighting system's great because it isolates our towed vehicle lighting system completely from vehicle's factory lights. It doesn't tie in any of the wiring at all. If you have any electrical problems over RV it won't cause any damage at all to our vehicle's expensive lighting circuits. The system's also great because the lights we put in are LED so they're brighter and they'll last a very long time. You won't have to worry about changing a bulb out more frequently. more
